The Home Office is currently transforming the way it provides infrastructure technology across its large internal customer base. Ripple is providing a continuous improvement and design service to the Programme Management Office which is responsible for all the management controls.

Ripple Consulting recently finished a 2-year project at the Department of Work and Pensions where we were responsible for developing the delivery frameworks used by 20 agile teams in 3 regional delivery centres.
